About GRM Marketing

GRM Marketing is a creative marketing and communications agency based in Glasgow that specialises in marketing strategy, public relations, digital marketing, sponsorship and events. As a team, we pride ourselves on offering full-service solutions and strategic planning across all areas of traditional and digital marketing and events. Our mission is to create value and help our clients inject energy into their businesses. We have worked with some of the biggest brands in yacht racing, alpine ski racing and other sports, as well as a combination of private and public sector organisations in a wide variety of industries. We are currently working on several key projects that specifically involve sponsorship consultancy, public relations, digital/social media marketing, experiential marketing/events and sales activation.

About the role

Our small team works across all projects together and as such, we provide our employees the opportunity to learn and upskill. As GRM’s portfolio and global presence continues to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive junior marketing all-rounder who is on the ball, can problem solve and get creative and innovative in their approach to their work.

As much as the nature of our work requires us to be wordsmiths and sit (or stand!) at a desk half the time, we are often on the move and sometimes work outdoors. We require a team member who doesn’t mind travelling to client sites in and around the Central Belt, or up the coast of Scotland and staking a tent. Occasionally (but not often), you may be required to work evenings or weekends, or take an international flight and head straight to a meeting on touch down. We’re looking for a teammate who is flexible and driven to support GRM in delivering value to our clients across their campaigns and marketing activities.
